Abstract

Modern education provides for a significant expansion of the functional content of teachers' activities. This circumstance is related to the innovative processes being introduced into educational systems, the improvement of teaching methods and the requirements for teachers' activities in the context of the updated Federal State Educational Standard. The solution of the tasks set depends on the formation of the methodical culture of teachers.

The methodical culture of teachers is an important professional quality, which represents a combination of the ability to creatively organize the pedagogical process, the teacher's skills to apply adequate means, forms, methods and techniques in solving methodological problems, the ability to design pedagogical interaction with students, a systematic and activity-based approach to the formation of this quality at the university level is necessary in specially created conditions.

It is necessary to resolve the existing contradiction between the necessity for the formation of a methodical culture of teachers and the lack of elaboration of ways and means, pedagogical conditions of the process of formation of this professional quality among future teachers. It is important to identify the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the methodological culture of university students – future teachers, ensuring the effectiveness of this process.
