Pedagogical conditions for the formation of future teachers’ research competence in the process of teaching pedagogical disciplines
Abstract
The socio-economic changes impose the solution of tasks related to the formation of professional competencies among university graduates, the formation of research competence in the personal structure of future teachers, ensuring the successful implementation of the organization of educational and research students as a labor function. It is relevant at the social, scientific, theoretical and technological level to form a future teacher who works creatively possessing such personal qualities as initiative, independence, purposefulness and activity. The formation of these personality qualities of a future teacher should be carried out in the process of mastering knowledge, skills and abilities and the experience of their implementation in research activities.
It is necessary to define and create appropriate pedagogical conditions to increase the effectiveness of the educational environment in order to form the research competence of the future teacher. The article clarifies the concept of research competence, defines the “productive zone” of pedagogical disciplines in the formation of research competence, characterizes pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of this quality as an integral component of professional and pedagogical activity.
