Prevention of psychoactive substances use in primary school age children

Abstract

The article deals with one of the most important problems at the present time - this is the use of psychoactive substances. Drug addiction is increasingly taking over the child and adolescent population, including children of primary school age. An analysis of the available sources on this topic made it possible to formulate the concept of psychoactive substances, to distinguish their classification on various grounds. The authors tried to identify the psychological risk factors for the involvement of primary school children in the use of psychoactive substances. An important point is the description of the main directions in the preventive work on the use of psychoactive substances with primary school students.
