Organization of local history work in primary school in the context of the implementation of the federal state educational standard of primary general education

Abstract

In the article the authors consider the role of local history work in primary school. In their opinion, the main goal of local history activity is to deepen and expand students' knowledge about the nature, history and culture of their native land. Local history work performs several functions (research and scientific, documenting, educational, organizational). In a general educational institution, local history activities can be carried out in the classroom, extracurricular activities, in extracurricular and extracurricular activities. There are various forms of local history work, in particular, a local history corner, a local history excursion, meetings with interesting people. The authors believe that local history plays an important role in the aesthetic and patriotic education of junior students.
