Abstract

It can be safely stated that for many decades the pedagogical methods of education, upbringing and mentoring of the outstanding Russian teacher K.D. Ushinsky have been highly effective and in demand. At the same time, from the point of view of modern pedagogical science, the physiological mechanisms of the implementation of K.D. Ushinsky's methods in the theory and practice of higher education are practically not studied. First of all, this provision applies to the training of specialists in the field of physical education, who, after graduating from universities, will train athletes in various sports, using various medical and biological technologies as control of the morphofunctional state. For the first time in pedagogy and medicine, the authors analyze the physiological mechanisms of the heritage of pedagogical methods of education, upbringing and mentoring of K.D. Ushinsky from the point of view of the doctrine of the dominant of Academician A.A. Ukhtomsky. Based on the results of many years of our own research using authors’ programs confirmed by six Certificates of official registration of a computer program, for the first time from a chronobiological perspective, the positive influence of Academician A.A. Ukhtomsky's dominant on the functional state of female students during adolescence is shown. This scientific field is promising in terms of improving the humanitarian education of young people using modern achievements in physiology. In practice, the authors used the wise saying of K.D. According to Ushinsky, “a mentor should only help a pupil to deal with difficulties in comprehending a particular subject, not teach, but only help to learn”.
