Abstract

The article deals with the essential characteristics of coherent speech. The article presents the content of two types of connected statements - dialogue and monologue. Personal components that take part in the preparation of a monologue by each preschool child are analyzed. At the same time, the monologue is considered as the essence of any coherent statement.

The authors substantiate the use of an individual approach in the development of coherent monologue speech and the role of the identified pedagogical conditions in the implementation of this approach. Attention is focused on the fact that the most effective application of an individual approach in the development of coherent speech can be carried out in additional education, in particular, circle activities.
