Abstract

The authors have analyzed the normative documents and give the reasons for the urgency of the issue. The article discusses the role of schoolchildren's logical thinking in the process of cognition, in their development and self-development. Reasoned arguments are given for the significance of the content of physics lessons as a school subject in the development of students' logical thinking. The authors have studied various methods and substantiated their use in the school course, proposed various methods for developing the logical thinking of students in physics classes: the use of non-standard tasks, heuristic methods for solving them, SWOT analysis and the implementation of experimental tasks. Several similar tasks are given as confirmation. On specific examples, the methodology for implementing the methods for developing the logical thinking of students in the classroom in physics is illustrated. The authors are sure that the use of such tasks in physics lessons can have a positive impact on the level and quality of the development of logical thinking in students.
