Development of motivation to achieve success in high school students
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of motivation to achieve success in general as well as to define its structural components among students of an educational organization. Motivational, personal and regulatory-volitional components were identified, their level characteristics were described, qualitative and quantitative analysis of experimental data was presented. The possibilities of a specially developed psychological and pedagogical program in the formation of various components of achievement motivation among students of an educational organization based on the introduction of a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical program are considered. The paper presents the main methods, development mechanisms of motivation to achieve success, highlights the factors that complicate the psychocorrection process in an educational organization. The possibility of applying in practice the developed system of development of students' achievement motivation with the help of a specially created psychological program based on psychological training is proved.
