Abstract

The physical condition of children with an autism spectrum disorder is currently a much-discussed topic. Having analyzed the scientific literature, it has been revealed that of the physical qualities that deviate the most from the normative indicators are coordination abilities. There are almost no studies and ready tested methods for the development of coordination abilities of children with autism spectrum disorder which explains the relevance of my scientific research. This material presents features of their physical fitness and recommendations for working with children with an autism spectrum disorder. The article discusses a technique that allows you to improve the coordination abilities of children with autism spectrum disorder, a variety of exercises in the aquatic environment.   Ideas and development of this material can be used to write graduate qualification papers and other student projects on this topic.
