Formation of fourth graders' ideas about climate change in project activities
Abstract
In the 21st century people began to think more and more about the preservation of nature since the ecological crisis that has begun can lead to the disappearance of the humanity and the planet itself, therefore, nowadays this problem is global. The article presents the results of theoretical and empirical research on the formation of fourth graders' ideas about climate change in the framework of project activities. As a result of the theoretical research, pedagogical conditions have been identified that contribute to the formation of younger schoolchildren's ideas about climate change in the process of project activity. The pedagogical experiment revealed the positive dynamics of the level of formation of ideas about climate change in the experimental class after a series of classes on the creation of the project “Climate and WE”.
