Theoretical and practical fundamentals for the formation of students' competence in the Faculty of Physical Education implementing the educational programs as a scientific direction of the faculty

Abstract

The article is devoted to a review of the scientific activities of the Faculty of Physical Education over the past five years. The review concerns the scientific direction of the Faculty of Physical Culture “Theoretical and practical foundations for the formation of competence of students of the Faculty of Physical Culture in the context of the implementation of educational programs”. The scientific activity fields are highlighted. The contribution of the faculty's teachers to science through the realization of scientific interests related to permanent transformations of the educational system, training of young personnel for education, sports, life safety and management in the field of physical culture and sports is described. Special attention is paid to determining trends in the development of the scientific potential of the faculty based on the analysis of the scientific work of the teaching staff over the past five years.
