Implementation of health and fitness technologies of a pedagogical university for disabled students

Abstract

This article is devoted to the actual problem of using various asanas from hatha yoga in the methodology of general physical training for disabled students. The essence of the problem is that during their studies at the university, feasible wellness technologies were introduced for disabled students which were aimed at mastering physical training tasks. The purpose of which is to increase the effectiveness of the development of physical qualities and develop students' interest in general physical training. Examples of the implementation of health and fitness technologies for disabled students except those with serious musculoskeletal disorders were indicated and changes in the assessment of the general condition. Besides the changes in students’ special readiness and interest were traced.
