Abstract
An urgent problem is the optimization and implementation of educational activities in the process of innovative transformations. In this regard, educational institutions focus on improving the scientific, pedagogical, educational and methodological support of educational systems, changing the educational environment and transforming its innovative format. The tasks of educational activity have also changed, and, therefore, the requirements for teachers to respond to innovative transformations, the desire to update knowledge, comprehend their own experience and competence in the introduction of new pedagogical practice. Innovative activity requires professional changes and the acquisition of innovative competence of teachers.
These aspects are relevant to the formation of innovative competence of teachers. The solution of the proposed tasks determines the search for forms and means of forming innovative competence of teachers.
In this context, supervisory support has potential opportunities which is based on the use of supervisory practices in improving the effectiveness of teachers' professional activities, mastering innovative competence by teachers.
