The development of communicative and organizational inclinations of pedagogical classes students as a component of pedagogical giftedness
Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of modern psychological and pedagogical science and practice – the development of a special component of pedagogical giftedness, including communicative and organizational inclinations. The author presents an analysis of the concept of “pedagogical giftedness”, describes the structure of pedagogical giftedness of schoolchildren and characterizes communicative and organizational inclinations. The article presents the results of the analysis of diagnostic data of 124 students of specialized psychological and pedagogical classes. The author used the method “Communicative and organizational inclinations” developed by V.V. Sinyavsky and B.A. Fedorishin as a psychodiagnostic tool. The levels of development of communicative and organizational inclinations are described. The predominance of very high and high levels of communicative inclinations is revealed. An equal degree of expression of low and high levels of organizational abilities is shown. A strategy for the development of pedagogical giftedness is described.
